The Bunnies were victorious in a great game.

From dads own story he told me from 14 July 1944 he was stationed at REZEKINE POLICE aged 17 years at the time, and about that date he left the station with Peter his brother to help evacuate Oma and Oppa from their farm TAMAZANI near the Russian border. Dad and Peter helped their parents reach Riga before Peter had to return to his Battalion(19th) and dad to his station.

Over the Australia Day long weekend we spent two nights with the Shore family at Turon Gates. It was the first time I have paid for a camping spot, but well worth it for a grassy, flat spot and clean toilets.
